论我国环保法治的完善

On the Enhancement of Environment Protection Law in Our Country

从1979年我国颁布实施第一部环保法律《环境保护法(试行)》开始至今,中国的环保法治已经历了30年的时间。30年来我国通过环保立法、执法等工作,在促进我国逐步转变经济增长模式,改善生态环境等方面取得了显著成效。但是在看到成就的同时我们也应清醒地认识到我国在环境方面的严峻形势,科学认识环保法治的地位和作用,通过更新理念,完善立法,加强执法及监督,构建环保法治的有机运行的高效体制。

It has been more than 30 years ever since the first environment protection law was issued in 1979.In the past 30 years great achievments were made in the improvement and protection of environment by enforcing the law.Meanwhile, we should realize that there is still a long way to go,and we have to overcome a lot of difficulties. We still have a great deal of work to do to make the law more effective.
