摘要
介绍了球形铸造碳化钨先进的生产方法.并对新方法和传统方法生产的铸造碳化钨质量进行了比较。新方法生产的铸造碳化钨具有碳含量波动小、共晶组织率高、共晶尺寸小、孔隙率低、密度大、硬度高、耐磨性好和使用寿命长等优点。除此,新方法成粒率高、能耗少、成本低、售价高和效益好,是值得推广的方法。
Advanced production method of spherical cast tungsten carbide is introduced. The quality of cast tungsten carbideproduced by new method is compared to that by traditional method. Cast tungsten carbide produced by new nethod featuresstable carbon content,high eutectic structure rate, small eutectic size, low porosity rate, high density and hardness,good wearresistance and long service life. Otherwise, the new method boosts high graining rate, less energy consumption,low cost,highprice and great advantafe. H is woth spreading.
