高职院校的文化建设是团结师生,协调教学、管理的精神动力,不但是高职院校本身生存发展的必然要求,培育和增强高职院校软实力的有效途径,更是推动高职教育又好又快发展的潜在动力。基于此重要意义,文章在先进理念指导下从四个维度探讨了对高职院校文化的建设问题。

Cultural construction in vocational college is the motivation of uniting with students and teachers, harmonizing both teaching and management. It is essential for vocational college to survive and grow, and it is also effective for vocational college to cultivate and strengthen the soft power and drive it to develop fast and healthily. Based on the significance, this article refers to the cuhural construction under the guidance of scientific theories through 4 different aspects.
