A Brief Study on Reform Measures of English Bachelor's Degree Thesis

本科毕业论文是高等学校人才培养计划的重要组成部分,是本科教学过程中最后一个重要的教学实践环节,是学士学位授予的一个重要依据。笔者根据自己近年来的英语从教经历,分析了英语本科生毕业论文中存在的问题,提高学生的英语写作基本功水平、加强指导教师的选拔和培养、严格管理制度和建立校内外实习基地是提高英语本科毕业论文质量的重要途径和措施。

Bachelor＇s degree thesis is an essential part in personnel training program in colleges, the last significant teaching practice sector in undergraduate teaching and an important basis for conferring academic degree. Based on the English teaching experiences these years, the writer firstly analysized the problems existed in English bachelor＇s degree thesis writing, and then listed the measures to these problems and pointed out that improving students＇ basic English writing skills, enhancing selecting and training of supervisors, reinforcing management system and building practice bases inside and outside the campuses are important approaches and measures to enhance bachelor＇s degree thesis.
