摘要
针对过热汽温对象难以用开环辨识算法得到精确模型,使基于模型设计的PID串级控制器难以整定的现状,提出了基于RLS(Recursive least squares,递归最小二乘)算法的两阶段闭环辨识方法,并将辨识模型结合内模控制原理对PID参数进行整定。将该方法应用于过热汽温控制系统,仿真结果验证了该控制器整定方法的有效性。
It is hard to get the superheated steam temperature's accurate model based on open-loop indentification method,which make it difficult for the model-based PID cascade control system to tune. In view of this status quo,a two-stage closed-loop identification method based on recursive least squares is presented,and combine the identificated model with internal model control principle to retuning PID patameterss. Apply this method to the superheated steam temperature control system,and the simulation results show the effective of the controller tuning method.
