2023t/h亚临界四角切圆锅炉冷态空气动力场的试验研究 被引量:11

摘要 为了解某电厂2023t/h亚临界四角切圆锅炉大修后炉内空气动力场的分布特性,进行了锅炉冷态空气动力场试验。对锅炉两侧二次风道挡板特性进行了测量,并对一、二次风风速进行了调平,对炉内实际切圆及水平烟道风速进行了测量。试验结果表明,一、二次风挡板特性较好,经调整各粉管及燃烧器喷口风速均匀,实际切圆大小及水平烟道风速合理。 In order to understand the distribution character of aerodynamic field of the 2023t/h sub-critical Tangential firing boiler in some power plant after it has been overhauled,a cold boiler aerodynamic field experiment has been made. Baffle characteristics of secondary air duct on both sides of the boiler were measured,and the wind speed of both the primary and the secondary air's was leveled,the actual diameter of a tangential circle and the wind speed in the horizontal flue was measured too. Test results show that the baffle characteristics of primary and secondary air are good,after adjustment,the wind speed at burner and vent tubes are uniform,the actual diameter of a tangential circle and the wind speed at the horizontal flue are reasonable.
