摘要
介绍了某电厂300MW机组锅炉及制粉系统设备特点,对制粉系统进行了包括制粉系统出力、制粉电耗、三次风带粉量、粗/细粉分离器效率等在内的全面性能试验测试,针对分析诊断结果进行了一系列的制粉系统优化调整试验,使制粉系统出力提高、制粉电耗下降,提高了锅炉运行经济性,达到了节能降耗的目的。
The characteristic of 300MW unit boiler and its pulverizing system was introduced,pulverizing system performance tests including capacity test,energy consumption test,pulverized-coal contained in the tertiary air test,efficiency test of coarse pulverized coal separator and fine pulverized coal separator were done,and a series of optimizing adjustment work is done based on the performance test result diagnosis and analysis,the optimizing adjustment work increases the pulverizing system's capacity,decreases the pulverizing system's energy consumption,increases the boiler's running economics,and realizes energy saving and consumption reducing purpose.
