摘要
介绍利用变汽温法测量高中压缸中间轴封漏汽量的原理和方法,并列举了在某电厂300MW汽轮机高中压缸中间轴封改造前后的应用实例。提出可以用此方法测量高中压缸中间轴封改造前后的漏汽量,从而可以量化地检验轴封改造效果。
The theory and means of the steam temperature variation method for measuring the gland steam leakage between H.P. and I.P. cylinders are introduced. Examples of reconstruction of gland seal between H.P. and I.P. cylinders of 300MW steam turbine are presented. And suggest that this method be used on measurement of gland steam leakage between H.P. and I.P. cylinders during reconstruction,and accordingly verifying reconstructed effect of gland seal can be quantified.
