摘要
对近10多年来日本发表的有关非晶铁芯浸渍定型工艺的主要内容进行了介绍。这些文献的共同出发点在于想方设法避免或减轻以往浸渍工艺的弊端—由于浸渍材料固化收缩使铁芯承受应力,以致性能下降。还介绍了铁芯切割工艺以及切割、研磨、切口所用的工具等以供参考。
Japan patents, published in the past decade, on amorphous impregnation are introduced. The common point of them is to, by all means, avoid the property deterioration of the cores arising from the resin shrinkage during solidification. Besides, cutting techniques, proper cutting and lapping tools are also presented for reference.
