异位妊娠误诊38例临床分析 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨异位妊娠误诊的原因。方法回顾性分析异位妊娠130例中误诊38例患者的临床资料。结果130例中误诊38例，误诊率达29．3％，误诊疾病：发热贫血原因待查2例，感染性休克2例，胃炎3例，胃肠炎15例，胆囊炎1例，急性胰腺炎1例，肾绞痛1例，急性阑尾炎2例，急性附件炎2例，卵巢囊肿1例，卵巢肿瘤2例，冠心病2例，急性盆腔炎2例，心肌炎1例，消化道穿孔1例．术后确诊：输卯管妊娠36例，卵巢妊娠2例。治愈36例，死亡2例。结论详细的病史询问、全面的体格检查和必要的辅助俭查是避免异位妊娠误诊的生重要措施．
