摘要
近年来，在世界范围内乳腺癌的发病率呈逐年升高的趋势，骨桥蛋白（osteopontin，OPN）是一种分泌型、黏附性的糖基化磷蛋白。近年来的研究揭示，OPN在肿瘤细胞的黏附、移行、浸润、血管新生、凋亡以及肿瘤的微环境中起关键作用，现将其与乳腺癌的关系综述如下。
