摘要
详细讨论了已知切割、换刀费用,设计最优加工次序,以减少工件截断切割费用的问题。首先,利用实际中若干普遍通用的原则简化问题;其次,针对换刀费用为零及非零的情况建立了模型Ⅰ、Ⅱ。模型Ⅰ从理论上可以证明的简明寻优方法,模型Ⅱ则可以借助前者的方法及最少加工费用速查表快速求解。最后,还通过几组具体数据检验,说明了求解方法。
Detail discussion about the problem to reduce the processing cost of a work piece with the given fee of incision and changing cutters is presented.Firstly,the problem can be simplified by some general rules stemmed from the reality;then Model Ⅰ and Ⅱ are built respectively for the situations where the fee of changing cutters equals to zero or does not.This paper gives a proofed criterion for Model Ⅰ and a quick decision table for Model Ⅱ.Finally,some examples are illustrated to test and demonstrate these methods.
