摘要
用无压渗透法在灰铸铁基体上得到了表面铸渗硼复合材料。用XRD、TEM、SEM和显微硬度等技术对表层组织进行了分析。结果表明,表面化合物层由Fe2B+共晶组织组成,共晶组织为Fe2B+奥氏体,奥氏体的最终转变产物为Fe3(SiB)+铁素体。对两种不同形态的共晶组织进行了分析。
Abstract The metal matrix composites based on B infiltrated gray cast iron on surface have been prepared by u sing pressureless permeating method.The XRD,TEM,SEM and microhardness are used to analyse the microstructure of surface layer of the Boron infiltrate composites.The results showed that the microstructure of surface layer consists of Fe 2B and eutectic system,the eutectic system is Fe 2B and austenite,the final decomposition products of austenite are Fe 3(SiB) and ferrite.Analysis has been carried out for two kinds of eutectic system with different morphology.
