摘要
京沪高铁上海虹桥站为2010年上海世博会配套工程,同时也是京沪高铁的终点站。该工程为钢结构体系,其形式多样、施工现场多个工程同步进行、施工环境复杂、工期要求紧,为此,对不同结构采用了不同的施工方法。主要有:工厂分段制作、现场原位拼装、整体同步提升;8台大型行走式塔吊跨内行走,大流水结合综合安装;地面节间总拼、临时支撑稳定、高空分段安装。由此,保障了京沪高铁虹桥站的钢结构安装顺利进行。
Shanghai Hongqiao Station of Beijing-Shanghai High- Speed Railway is not only auxiliary project of 2010 Shanghai Expo, but also final terminal of Beijing-Shanghai High-Speed Railway. Because various steel structure systems were applied, many projects were constructed simuha- neously and the environment was complex in construction-site, different construction methods were applied to different structures, for instance, factory sub- making, assembling at original place in con- struction site, then hoisting synchronously; 8 large- scale walking power cranes walking within span, assembly - line integration; joint - assembly on ground, temporary supporting, overhead sub - installing. The steel structures for Shanghai Hongqiao Station of Beijing- Shanghai High- Speed Railway project were assembled smoothly.
