摘要
全面预算管理对企业加强管控和完成既定目标、防范经营风险起着重要的作用。但调查中发现,部分保险公司分支机构名义上实行全面预算管理,但在实际执行中却得不到落实,存在诸多问题,亟待研究解决。本文主要论述保险公司分支机构在实行全面预算管理中存在的问题,提出解决问题的对策。
The overall budget management plays the vital roles in strengthening the control, achieving es- tablished goals, and preventing operational risks. But after the investigation, it is found that partial insurance branches implemented the overall budget management in name, but didn＇ t obtain actually in the actual exe- cution. There were many problems which urgently waited for solution. This article mainly analyzed the being problems about the overall budget management in insurance branch, and proposed corresponding countermea- sures.
