经济增长与金融发展是相互作用、相互制约的关系,本文在世界性金融危机的背景下,阐述广西的经济发展状况,从企业和商业银行的角度研究地方经济发展对金融工程的需求,分析制约广西金融工程发展的因素,提出促进广西金融工程理论与实践发展的建议及加强人才培养的措施。

The relationship between economic increase and financial development is interactive and mutual constraint. This article is at the background of world financial crisis, clarifying economic development of Guangxi. From the angle of enterprises and commercial banks, we try to study the local economic develop- ment＇ s needs of financial engineering. By analyzing the factors which constraint the development of Guangxl financial development, we come up with the advice on how to promote Guangxi financial engineering theory and practice development, and how to strengthen the personnel training.
