摘要
以网架球为研究对象,分析族类零件多面斜孔的设计加工难点,提出一种平面形体的表达方法;利用Pro/E族表技术实现零件族的快速3D建模;通过旋转工件解决刀轴垂直于斜面的难题,在三轴和四轴数控机床上实现了斜孔的加工;利用邮件合并,快速生成数控加工程序[1],最终利用五轴数控机床,高效地完成了批量多面斜孔的数控加工。
The frame node as the research object, analyzes machining problem about multi-surface inclined-hole processing, a way to express 2D view were presented;the rapid 3D molding of part family is realized based on Pro/E family;solve the problem of tool axis vertical to inclined plane, inclined-hole processing was realized base on 3 axis and 4 axis CNC machine tools;make use of the mail merges function to realize fast NC program, finally, using five-axis CNC machine tools to complete the multi-surface inclined-hole processing with high efficiency.
