摘要
作为重要的在线检测技术,自动光学检测是保障表面组装质量的主要手段。深入分析自动光学检测中的关键技术——模板匹配,应用实数编码的改进遗传算法进行模板匹配寻优。试验表明该方法的匹配速度和匹配精度均较为理想,该方法是可行的。
As an important on-line inspection technology, automatic optical inspection is crucial to ensure surface mounter assembly quality. Analyzes template matching which is a key technology in automatic optical inspection, applies real coding-based improved genetic algorithm to solve template matching. The experiment shows that the method possesse better matching velocity and precision, proves that the method is feasible.
