摘要
针对某车型的双横臂独立前悬架系统,利用ADAMS/car模块,对该悬架进行建模和车轮上、下跳动的动特性仿真,分析悬架的前束角、车轮外倾角、主销后倾角、主销内倾角和主销偏距的变化规律,评价悬架系统数据的合理性,并利用ADAMS/insight模块,对悬架参数进行优化,进一步改善悬架系统的性能。
Model for a double wishbone independent front suspension system, the use of ADAMS / car module to model the sus- pension and wheels move up and down beating simulation analysis of the toe-angle, camber-angle, caster-angle, kingpin-inc-angle and scrub-radius changes in the law, the evaluation of the reasonable suspension system data, and the use of ADAMS / insight module to optimize the parameters of the suspension to further improve the suspension system performance.
