微细切削技术是一种快速低成本的微小零件机械加工方式，是未来制造技术的发展趋势，被列为21世纪重点发展的关键技术。综述了微细切削技术的新技术及微型机床、微型工厂的发展过程及其趋势。
Microcutting is the development trend of the manufacture technology in the future, which can be used for the micro ma- chining method in the machining process. This machining method is fast and low-cost and listed as the key development technology in the 21 st century. The new technology for the microcutting was presented in detail ; the development process and trend of micro-lathe and micro-factory were introduced.
