The Way of Chinese Foundry Enterprises to Become Powerful

认为中国铸造业要由大到强,必须拥有众多小而强和一些大而强的优秀铸造企业,铸造企业无论大小只有先做强才能做长远;介绍了优秀铸造企业应该达到的技术经济指标以及实现和保持这些指标的途径;指出:清晰的发展战略+专、新、重、特、细、严的铸造技术+合适的管理制度是铸造企业的做强之道。

It is considered that China foundry industry must have both numerous small powerful and some big and powerful outstanding foundry enterprises in order to become the foundry great-power country from the large foundry country. The technical-economic indexes which the outstanding foundry enterprise should reach and the ways to keep these indexes was introduced. It was pointed out that clear development stratagem ＋specialized, new,heavy, special, fine and strict foundry technology ＋ appropriate management system is the way for the foundry enterprise to become powerful.
