缩小灰铁单铸试棒与铸件本体性能差距的试验

摘要 为寻找能相对反映用覆砂铁型生产的制动鼓铸件性能的单铸试棒,用同一炉次铁液浇注湿型粘土砂型单铸试棒和覆砂铁型铸件本体,进行抗拉强度对比试验,结果表明:将单铸试棒的开箱时间定在15min,并在出炉时增加浮硅孕育,其抗拉强度与本体抗拉强度最大差值仅为13MPa,说明用湿型砂单铸试棒来检测控制制动鼓的性能是可行的。 In order to find an appropriate test bar which can be used to relatively indicate properties of a brake drum casting cast with resin sand-coated iron mold, the iron melt from same heat was used to pour both the test bar with green sand mold and the casting with resin sand-coated iron mold and their tensile strength was test respectively and was compared. The result showed that, by keeping the shake out time of the test bar as 15min, and additively adopting inoculation with ferrosilicon alloy floating on the iron melt surface, it's possible to keep the maximum tensile strength gap between the test bar and casting as 13 MPa and therefore, it could be concluded that the test bar cast separately in green sand mold can be used to test and control the properties of the brake drum castings.
