摘要
介绍了原位反应制备TiCP/Fe、VCP/Fe复合材料的方法,采用失重分析、腐蚀形貌观察等试验方法研究了原位自生TiCP/Fe、VCP/Fe复合材料在氯化钠溶液中的耐腐蚀性能。结果表明:(1)TiCP/Fe、VCP/Fe复合材料都比45钢、HT250具有更好的耐腐蚀性能,其中VCP/Fe复合材料更为优越;(2)TiCP/Fe、VCP/Fe复合材料倾向于局部腐蚀破坏,其中增强相与基体的界面优先被腐蚀。
The method of using in situ reaction to produce TiCp/Fe, VCp/Fe composite was introduced. By adopting weight-loss analysis, corrosion morphology observation and so on, the corrosion resistance of TiCp/Fe, VCp/Fe in situ synthesized composite in sodium chloride solution was investigated. The result showed: a) both the TiCp/Fe and VCp/Fe composite has better corrosion resistance than 45 steel, HT250 grade gray iron, and the VCp/Fe is even more excellent; b) TiCp/Fe, VCp/Fe composite tended to be damaged by local corrosion, and the interface between the intensifying phase and the base material was eroded first.
