摘要
为查明铸钢丸在使用中容易破碎的原因,对上海、山东、大庆产的铸钢丸进行了金相检查和分析。结果发现:铸钢丸存在严重的裂纹、缩松、非金属夹杂物、外形畸变等缺陷以及粗大马氏体、粗大网状碳化物等不良组织;从化学成分、细化晶粒、热处理工艺等几方面提出了改进措施。
In order to found out the reasons causing cast steel shots easy to be broken in usage, the microstructure of cast steel shots produced in Shanghai, Shandong province and Daqing city were examined and analyzed. The result showed that the cast steel shots have serious defects including cracking, shrinkage porosity, non-metal inclusion and malformed shape, and harmful structures such as the coarse martensite, coarse network-shaped carbide, etc. Based on the analysis result, corresponding improving measures were proposed induding chemical composition, grain refinement and heat treatment process.
