摘要
采用保温冒口、外冷铁、水玻璃砂组芯造型和醇基锆英粉涂料工艺,弥补了钢水熔炼能力不足,简化了造型,在铸件浇注上升速度<8mm/s的条件下,铸造出一次通过1级超声和2级磁粉探伤检验的合格铸件。
Using heat insulating feeding head sleeves, surface chilling and sodium silicate bonded sand core assembly molding and zircon sand coating, the insufficient of steel melting ability was compensated, and the molding was simplified. Under the pouring condition of liquid iron rising rate less than 8 mm/s, the qualified castings were manufactured that were passed through the inspection of the ultrasonic testing in grade 1 and the magnetic particle testing in grade 2 at the first testing.
