在对锡青铜离心轴套铸件的喇叭形气孔形貌进行分析的基础上，归纳出喇叭形气孔的形成机理。为防止此类气孔缺陷提供了理论依据。

Investigation on the loudspeaker shaped gas hole morphology in tin bronze sleeves cast by centrifugal casting have been carried out by optical and scanning electron microscope observation. And the mechanism of forming loudspeaker shaped gas hole in tin bronze sleeves has discussed.
