摘要
介绍了一种旋转椭球面容器封头与接管相贯线接缝自动焊接系统的结构、组成和工作原理,推导出了该系统用来控制送丝焊枪(以下简称焊枪)运动轨迹的关键部件———凸轮形状与尺寸的计算公式。该系统已成功的应用于旋转椭球面锅炉封头接管的自动焊接生产中。生产实践证明:该焊机在旋转椭球面锅炉封头相贯线接缝的焊接应用中取得了良好的效果,是一种低成本自动化的新型相贯线接缝的通用焊接设备。
An automatic arc welding machine for making pipe seam in revolving ellipsoid end of vessels was designd and its structure, components,and working principle are discribed in this paper. The equations for calculating the geometry and dimensions of the cams was deduced,which are the key prats to control the moving locus of arc welding torchs.The welding machine has been successfully applied to the automatic welding production of boiler cylinders with revolving ellipsoid end. The production practice has shown that this automatic welding machine is suitable for the intersection-line seam in revolving ellipsoid of end boiler cylinders and has a good results.It is a new all-purpose type of low cost automatic welding equipment for intersection-line seam.
