摘要
目的研究低浓度戊二醛对伪狂犬病毒的灭活效果。方法采用细胞感染法进行低浓度戊二醛中和剂选择试验和对伪狂犬病毒灭活效果的实验研究。结果经中和剂及中和产物处理的PK-15细胞,接种伪狂犬病毒后出现细胞病变;经中和剂及中和产物处理的伪狂犬病毒对细胞的感染滴度与对照组基本一致,所用中和剂及中和产物对细胞和病毒无影响。用含量3000mg/L碱性戊二醛消毒液作用30min,对悬液内伪狂犬病毒可达到完全灭活。结论低浓度戊二醛可有效灭活伪狂犬病毒。
Objective To study the inactivation effect of glutaraldehyde with low concentration to Pseudorabies virus.Methods Cell infection method was used to carry out neutralizer selection and inactivation test for Pseudorabies virus.Results The PK-15 cells treated by neutralizer and neutralizing product showed normal pathological change after inoculated with Pseudorabies virus.Virus had not obvious change on its infectivity compared with control after treatment with neutralizer and neutralizing product.The Pseudorabies virus was inactivated by treatment with 3 000 mg/L alkaline glutaraldehyde for 30 min.Conclusion Glutaraldehyde with low concentration can effectively inactivate Pseudorabies virus.
