摘要
目的观察一种苯扎氯铵复方消毒剂的杀菌效果及其相关性能。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验和动物试验方法进行了实验室观察。结果该复方消毒液含苯扎氯铵1840mg/L,性能稳定。用含苯扎氯铵1460mg/L的该消毒剂溶液,作用1.5min,对悬液内金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌和白色念珠菌的杀灭对数值均>5.00。该消毒液对小鼠急性经口毒性LD50均大于5000mg/kg(体重),小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验结果均为阴性。一次完整皮肤刺激试验、急性眼刺激试验、阴道黏膜刺激试验均无刺激作用。结论该消毒剂有良好的杀菌作用,毒性低。
Objective To observe the germicidal efficacy and the associated property of a compound Benzalkonium chloride disinfectant.Methods Suspensions quantitative germicidal test and animal toxicity test were carried out in laboratory.Results The compound disinfectant contained 1 840 mg/L Benzalkonium chloride.The average killing logarithm values of Staphylococcus aureus,Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Candida albicans in suspension exposed to the disinfectant containing 1 460 mg/L Benzalkonium chloride for 1.5 min were all above 5.00.LD50 of the oral acute toxicity of the disinfectant in mouse was above 5 000 mg/kg·bw.The result of mouse bone marrow polychromatic erythrocyte micronucleus test was negative.It had no irritating effect on skin,eyes and vaginal mucosa.Conclusion The disinfectant has good germicidal efficacy,and its toxicity was low.
