摘要
目的研究市售过氧化氢消毒液杀菌试验中和剂,以确定有效的中和剂。方法采用悬液定量试验程序进行中和剂选择鉴定试验。结果用含10g/L硫代硫酸钠磷酸盐缓冲液作为中和剂,试验第4组无菌生长。用含10g/L硫代硫酸钠与10g/L吐温80的磷酸盐缓冲液组成中和剂和含10g/L硫代硫酸钠+10g/L吐温80+10g/L卵磷脂的磷酸盐缓冲液组成的中和剂,第3、4、5组的组间菌落数误差率达不到规范要求。只有用含20g/L硫代硫酸钠的磷酸盐缓冲液作为中和剂,可有效中和30g/L过氧化氢消毒液残留作用,且试验各组菌数均符合规范要求。结论市售过氧化氢消毒液杀菌试验中和剂选择比较复杂,试验证明用20g/L硫代硫酸钠溶液能完全中和30g/L过氧化氢消毒液。
Objective To select the neutralizer of hydrogen peroxide in bactericidal test,and to quantify the effective neutralizer.Method Suspension quantitative germicidal test was used to carry out the neutralization test.Results Using neutralizer with 10 g/L sodium thiosulfate,the group 4 have no Candida albicans alive.Using neutralizer composed of 10 g/L sodium thiosulfate and 10 g/L Tween-80 and the neutralizer composed of 10 g/L sodium thiosulfate,10 g/L lecithin,and 10 g/L Tween-80,both of the error rates of bacterial colony counts of group 3,4,5 were out of the available limit.Neutralizer with 20 g/L sodium thiosulfate can neutralize the remained effect of 30 g/L hydrogen peroxide,and the error rates of bacterial colony counts of group 3,4,5 were within the available limit.Conclusion Neutralizer selection of hydrogen peroxide in antibacterial test is complicated.The result show that neutralizer with 20 g/L sodium thiosulfate can neutralize the 30 g/L hydrogen peroxide completely.
