摘要
目的研究一种含过氧化硫酸盐的除菌洗衣粉杀菌效果及其他性能。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验和理化分析方法,对该除菌洗衣粉的相关性能进行了观察。结果该除菌洗衣粉中过氧化硫酸盐含量折合过氧化氢约为质量分数0.46%,将其密封储存于40℃恒温箱3个月有效成分含量下降4.35%。用含10g/L该除菌洗衣粉溶液作用20min,对悬液内大肠杆菌的平均杀灭率为99.06%,对金黄色葡萄球菌的平均杀灭率为100%。结论以含过氧化硫酸盐为杀菌成分的除菌洗衣粉具有良好的抗菌效果,性能稳定。
Objective To study the germicidal efficacy of an antibacterial detergent powder containing peroxide sulphate and its other properties.Methods Suspension quantitative test and physicochemical analytic method were used to learn the related properties of the antibacterial detergent powder.Results The weight percentage content of peroxide sulphate in antibacterial detergent powder calculated on hydrogen peroxide is 0.46%.After sealed stored at 40℃ in thermostat for 3 months,its available content decreased by 4.35%.The average killing rate of Escherichia coli in suspension exposed to the sample solution containing the antibacterial detergent powder 10 g/L for 20min was 99.06%,and that of Staphylococcus aureus was 100%.Conclusions Antibacterial detergent powder containing peroxide sulphate as germicidal content has good antibacterial efficacy and is stable.
