基于层次分析法与模糊综合评判的测试设备选择方法研究 被引量:74

摘要 测试设备选择是装备系统测试性设计与分析中的重要环节。通过对测试设备选择过程中影响因素的复杂性和模糊性进行深入分析,建立评价指标集,利用层次分析法(AHP)确定各指标的组合权重;利用模糊综合评判(FCA)方法建立模糊评判模型,计算备选测试设备的综合评判值并做出决策。案例表明,该方法通过将层次分析法和模糊综合评判方法相结合,可以对定性指标和定量指标进行有效的综合权衡分析,为测试设备选择提供合理依据。 Test-equipment selection is an important part in the systemic testability analysis and design.Through analyzing complexity and illegibility of the factors existing in the process of test-equipment selection,the set of evaluated indexes was founded,whose weights are decided by analytic hierarchy process(AHP);the model for the assessment was founded by fuzzy comprehensive assessment(FCA),based on which the comprehensive assessment values of spare test equipments is computed and the decision is made by the order of the equipments.The selected result of test-equipment by an example shows that the approach can trade off the indexes either quatitative or quantitative via combining the AHP with FCA,which provides a reasonable basis for test-equipment selection.
