摘要
研究了复合孕育处理对非合金奥贝球铁组织和性能的影响,结果表明,适量的Bi,SiCa和SiFe以及正确的加入方法能消除非合金奥贝球铁中Mn(约0.8%)的偏析和不利影响,使其性能达到合金奥贝球铁同样的水平。
In this paper,the influence of the compound inoculation on the microstructure and mechanical properties of nonalloy austempered ductile iron (NADI) was studied. The results showed that properly added amount and correctly added meLhods of Bi, SiCa and SiFe may eliminate the Mn(about 0. 8 % )segregation and its detrimental effects in NANI,enable mechanical properties of NADI to reach the same level as those of ANI.
