摘要
研究了含铅9%~11%、含碳2.6%~3.6%的铸铁,并用稀土硅铁合金进行孕育,研究发现含碳量变化时析出的碳化物形貌不同,并用能谱分析了碳化物内的含铅量,发现碳化物内的含铬量达20%~50%。
This paper studied the high chromium cast iron which contains 9 % -11 % Cr and 2 .6 % -3. 6 % C. The high chromium cast irons were inoculated with RE - Si - Fe alloy. The results show that when the arnount of carbon has been changed, the carbide has a great variety of morphology. The percent age of chronlium in the carbide has been analyzed by SEM. Energy spectrum analysis revealed that contains 20 % - 50 % Cr in carbide.
