摘要
运用集总参数法对某1 000 MW超超临界机组单列高压加热器系统在各种运行工况下的温度动态特性进行了分析,列出其动态特性方程,并运用数值方法进行计算.在此基础上,在高压加热器投运或停运过程中,以给水温升/温降变化率≤110 K/h(1.83 K/min)为基准,确定了运行参数的调节速率.
Dynamic temperature behaviors of a single-row high-pressure heater system were analyzed for a(1 000) MW ultra super-critical unit by lumped system method,for which dynamic equations were listed and relevant simulation calculations performed.On above basis,reasonable regulation rates of operating parameters during operation or shutdown period of the high-pressure heater are determined under the premise that both the rising and dropping rate of feed-water temperature are kept below 110 K/h(1.83 K/min).
