构建科研人员接受OA知识库的影响因素的理论模型

Constructing the Theoretical Model of Influence Factors Which Promotes Scientific Research Personnel to Accept OA Repositories

用户接受是今后开展开放存取研究的重要视角之一。以UTAUT为代表的新技术接受理论为基础,结合学术传播相关理论(包括学术传播系统功能理论、学术传播中主体互动理论和学科差异理论),本研究构建了促进或阻碍科研人员接受OA知识库的影响因素的理论模型。从理论推导和演绎的层面来看,该理论模型具有一定的科学性,但同时也有待于经验研究的进一步验证。

User acceptance is one of the important viewpoints on future Open Access （OA） studies. Based on the new technology acceptance theory represented by UTAUT, and in combination with the related theories in academic communication （including the functional theory of the academic communication system, the subject interactive theory in academic communication and the disciplinary difference theory） , this paper constructs a theory model of influence factors which promotes scientific research personnel to accept OA repositories or hinders them from accepting them. Although the theory model is applicable in deducing existing theories, its validity is to be testified by erapirical studies.
