构建新时期科技情报工作的科学技术体系

Construct the Scientific and Technological System of Scientific and Technical Information Service in the New Period

1983年7月2日,钱学森同志在国防科技情报工作会议上作了关于《科技情报工作中的科学技术》的报告,报告具有划时代的理论意义和实践意义,当前有必要重温钱学森的这篇报告。本文根据钱学森的"综合集成方法论"思想,提出了一套构建情报研究科学技术体系的具体方案框架——情报搜集、情报存储、情报分析、情报服务。最后,对科技情报工作的科学技术性建设提出了一些具体的建议,推动科技情报工作早日实现现代化、信息化、自动化。

On July 2, 1983, Comrade Qian Xuesen made a report about ＂Science and Technology in Scientific and Technical Information Service＂ at the conference on national defense scientific and technical information service, which is of epoch-making theoretical and practical significance. At present, it＇s necessary to review this report. Based on Qian Xuesen＇s thinking about ＂the methodology of synthesized integration＂, this paper puts forward a set of specific scheme framework for the construction of the scientific and technological system of information analysis--information acquisition, information storage, information analysis and information service. Finally, the paper puts forward some specific suggestions for the scientific and technological construction of scientific and technical information service so as to promote the early realization of modernization, informationization and automation.
