摘要
介绍胺法冷芯盒工艺的原理、工艺流程、原砂选择、芯砂配比及环境因素对型芯性能的影响,冶金因素对铸件表面质量的影响,工装设计及生产应用情况,生产实践表明,这种造芯工艺具有型芯性能好、生产率高、节能效果好等优点,并且只要恰当控制工艺条件,可以在湿度较高的上海地区使用。
The paper described the principle of ISOCURE cold box process, process flow,selection of raw sand, the formula of core sand mixture, the influence of environment factors on properties of cores, the effects of metallurgical factors on surface quality of the castings,the core box design and the application of the process to production. The production practice has showed that the ISOCURE process have the advantages of excellent core properties, high productivity and obvious energy saving effect and can be used in the Shanghai area where the humidity usually quite high, provided the process conditions are under proper control.
