New Development of the Production and Test Technologies for Steel Cord

摘要 90年代以来,钢帘线生产技术有了长足进步,检测技术也随之发展。钢帘线新结构、新品种层出不穷,刚度和强度大大提高,超高强度钢帘线单丝强度达3900MPa;自动化水平和生产效率进一步提高,交流变频和PLC技术已普遍应用,自动更换工字轮的水箱拉丝机已相当完善,热处理电镀生产线的DV值普遍提高到60~70,甚至更高;生产规模进一步扩大,万吨级以下的钢帘线厂难以生存。新版本的《轮胎钢帘线国际统一测试方法》中新增了有关钢帘线的术语、平直度、伸长率、弹性、镀层质量及成分等测试项目和方法。 Great advances have been made in steel cord production technology and test technology since the nineties New structures and varieties of steel cord have continuously arisen The stiffness and strength of steel cord have been greatly improved The strength of single wire of superhigh strength steel cord can reach 3 900MPa Automation level and productive efficiency have been further improved AC frequency changing and PLC technologies have been in common use Wet drawing machine can change spool automatically DV value of heat treatment electroplating production line can commonly reach 60~70,even much higher The scale of production is further expanded Production factory with the productive ability less than 10 000t is difficult to exist Some new terminologies and testing items and methods of flatness,elongation,elasticity,coat quality and composition of steel cord have been added in new edition International Standardized Testing Methods for Steel Cord of Tyre
