可扩展曲线、曲面插补的开放式数控系统研究

摘要 开放式CNC完全由可以单独编译调试的独立模块组成。采用用户定制Rtdll(实时动态链接库)形式的插补模块的方法,并利用专用指令映射机制,用户无需了解系统内部运行规则,即可将开发的专用曲线、曲面直接插补技术加入到已有数控系统中,从而方便地实现插补指令的用户扩展。以凸轮加工为例,给出用户方式扩展的样条插补指令加工仿真结果。 Open-architecture CNC consists of independent modules which are individually compiled and debugged. Interpolation function model encapsulated as Rtdll (Real-time dynamic link library) can be made by Open-CNC user. User extended command mapping mechanism is adopted in this system. On the basis of interior running method in CNC is not publicized, Curve and surface direct interpolation technique made by user can be taken in Open-CNC, and therefore interpolation command user extending is realized conveniently. In this paper, machining simulation example for cam part is realized by virtue of user extends interpolation command.
