摘要
以飞轮的优化设计为例,应用Pro/E建立零件三维模型,应用MathCAD建立零件优化设计数学模型,通过在Pro/E中建立MathCAD分析特征,执行优化计算,优化结果驱动三维模型自动更新,最终完成机械零件的优化设计。集成Pro/E与MathCAD的应用来完成机械零件优化设计,在工程实践中有很好的实用价值。
This paper takes optimal design of flywheel as an example, applies Pro/E to establish three-dimensional model parts, applies MathCAD to establish mathematical model for optimal design. The author creates a Mathcad analysis features in Pro/E, and performs optimal calculation. The optimization results drives three-dimensional model of automatic updates, optimal design of mechanical parts is achieved. It has a good practical value in engineering practice that integrates Pro/E and MathCAD to complete the optimal design of mechanical parts.
