摘要
针对国内手表制造业的现状,探讨了数字化设计制造技术在国内手表制造业自动化和精密化进程中的作用。结合飞亚达公司实际案例,通过模块化设计、设计资源库,以及柔性制造模式等数字化设计制造技术的实施,满足了手表行业小批量、多品种、高效率的市场需求,初步形成了手表产品的数字化设计制造系统,验证了数字化设计制造技术对手表制造业的推动作用。
Based on the present status of domestic watch manufacturing industry, this paper investigated the effect of digital design and manufacturing (DDM) technology on the automation & precision process of watch manufacturing industry. With the reference to actual cases of FIYTA, we employed the DDM technology including block-based design, resource database design and flexible manufacturing etc. This preliminary established DDM system met the current watch market demand for small quantity, multiple kinds and high efficiency, which verified the pushing effect of DDM in watch manufacturing industry.
