摘要 为了更有效地促进情报主导警务模式的推进,对刑事案件决策支持系统进行了研究与设计。首先分析了公安刑事案件决策支持系统的总体需求,并基于数据仓库技术设计了层次化的系统体系结构;然后提出了刑事案件数据仓库模型,并基于本体-规则、元数据-功能提出了多源、异构数据的抽取、转换与加载的整合方法,设计了系统的功能体系;最后介绍了相关成果在大连市公安局的应用示例。实践结果表明,基于数据仓库的刑事案件决策支持系统可以为领导和一线干警提供有效的决策支持。 A decision support system to handle criminal cases is designed and constructed based on data warehouse to improve the leading role of information in police work.First,to satisfy the general requirement of decision support system for criminal cases,a hierarchical system architecture is designed based on data warehouse to increase the flexibility and scalability of the system.Then,the criminal case data warehouse model is proposed followed by the data integration method of extract-transform-load of multi-sourced and different-structured data based on ontology layer,metadata and rule layer,and function layer.Furthermore,the function system is designed.At last,the relevant application examples on Dalian Public Security Bureau are provided to illustrate that the decision support system based on data warehouse for criminal cases provide effective decision support for leaders and the front-line police officers.
