摘要 为了实现廉价、高效的iSCSI Target,分析了iSCSI协议的核心内容。在此基础上,对iSCSI Target的数据传输率和CPU利用率等方面的性能进行了详细的测试。分析了CPU利用率、数据块大小、Initiator台数和其它一些因素对Target性能的影响,并且验证了所得的结论,提出了一个改进iSCSI Target性能的假设。实验结果表明,影响Target性能的因素有很多,需要综合考虑来提高Target性能。 For low price and high efficiency of the iSCSI Target,major portion of the iSCSI protocol is analyzed.Based on characteristics of the iSCSI protocol,the data transfer rate of the target and CPU utilization are tested.By analyzing the effect of CPU utilization,data block size,the number of Initiators and other factors,the conclusions on the performance of the target are proposed,and proved by practical applications.Lastly,an assumption of high performance target is proposed.Experiments show that the performances of the target are affected by lots of factors,which is considered to improve the performances of the target.
