摘要
介绍了山东德州实华化工有限公司6万t/a离子膜法烧碱生产系统采用的整流装置,该装置采用"一拖一"的运行方式,由3台整流变压器和3台整流柜组成,为3台离子膜电解槽供电;并分析了配置情况。
The rectifying devices for 60 kt/a ion-exchange membrane caustic soda production facility in Shandong Dezhou Shihua Chemical Industry Co. , Ltd. are introduced. The devices run in the way of one driving one, are compose of three rectifier transformers and three rectifying cabinets, and supply electricity for three ion-membrane electrolyzers. The configuration situation is analyzed.
