摘要
本文主要介绍了火炸药摩擦感度仪高精度摆角控制的电液实现,在原装置主体结构不变的前提下,设计了计算机控制的电液系统,实现摆锤的自动提升,并用光电编码器实时检测摆捶的提升高度,实现了摆锤高度的自动控制,为提高火炸药摩擦感度仪的精度和自动化打下了基础。
The paper mainly introduces the realization of the electrohydraulic system on the high-accuracy angle control of the device for friction sensitivity of gunpowder and explosive. The main strcture of the original device is reserved, and the electrohydraulic computer-control system is designed to realize the automatic hoisting of the swing-hammer. The height of the swing-hammer is made real-time detection through photoelectric coder, and the automatic control of the height of the swing-hammer is realized.
