科学发展观视野下的社会主义和谐文化的建构

Construction of Harmonious Chinese Socialist Culture in the Perspective of the Concept of Scientific Development

科学发展观是关于发展的世界观和方法论,故应以科学发展观为参照系,审视中国社会主义和谐文化的建构,明确在中国社会主义和谐文化的建构过程中也应坚持"以人为本,全面协调可持续发展"。同时必须充分考虑到中国社会主义文化的相对独立性,作为一个复合概念,它包括"文化""社会主义""中国特色"三个层次的内涵,必须从理论和实践两个层面实现上述三个方面内涵和要求的有机统一。

The concept of scientific development is a world outlook and methodology on development. So we should reflect the development of harmonious Chinese socialist culture under its guidance and insist on people-orientation and comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development. Besides, we should also take into full consideration the relative independence of Chinese socialist culture because it includes three parts： culture, socialism and Chinese characteristics and we must try to make them a organic unity in theory and practice.
