摘要
利用液态表面反应技术,在铸钢件表面原位生成5~6mm厚含有石墨和(Fe,Cr),C3的Fe-VC0.88表面复合材料。运用电子探针彼谱仪、XRD、SEM和光学显微镜等分析了表面复合材料的组织结构。性能检测结果表明,该表面复合材料具有较高的铸态硬度和非常好的耐磨性能。
A layer of Fe-VC0.88 surface composite with thickness of 5 ~ 6mm holding graphites as well as (Fe,Cr),C, has been formed on surface of steel castings by liquid surface reaction technique. The microstructure of surface composite was studied by means of electron probe with wave-spectrum,SEM and XRD. The results of property research show that the surface composite possesses high as- cast hardness and great wear-resistance.
