摘要
采用自蔓延高温合成技术（SHS法），以HT20－40及5CrNIMo为基材，进行了较厚表面覆层的制备试验，对所获覆层的组织结构以及覆层与基体间的结合状况进行了观察分析，并就影响覆层制备的因素作了初步探讨。
With HT20-40 and 5CrNiMo steel as matrix materials,the experiment on preparing surface coating was made by using the SHS technology. The coating microstructures and the banding between coating and matrix were analysed,and some factors affecting the coating preparation were also discussed.
