摘要
以硅、锰为主要合金化元素,采用控制冷却技术,将铸件快速冷却至贝氏体中温转变区,终止喷射冷却,采用相应保温措施,利用铸件余热,创造类似等温淬火的外部条件,以完成贝氏体转变,其组织为贝氏体、马氏体复相组织。这种钢硬度高(HRC>50)、韧性好(αk>20J/cm2),适生产衬板。
Abstract Through controlling spraying cooling,the wear resistant steel casting,Si and Mn as a main alloying elements,is rapidly cooled to bainite intermediate temperature transformation range,then spraying cooling stopps and holding is followed so that the afterheat of castings is employed to complete bainite transformation,the acts in a manner similar to that of isothermal quenching.The microstructures of the wear resistant steel are bainite/martensite heterodgeneous system.The wear resistant steel has high hardness (HRC>50) and good impact toughness(α k>20J/cm 2),it is suitable for prouction of liner plates and hammer.
